a.k.a. was-supposed-to-be-ego-trip tag
Superfast Reader tagged me with this tag, and as always, I am promptly taking it up.
Rule (there is only one):
Go to the advanced book search on Amazon, type your first name into the Title field, and post the most interesting/amusing cover that shows up.
Thank god for the “most interesting/amusing” part. On first round, I checked for my real name, and came up with titles which while being interesting to people in my field, are about as interesting as watching somebody tune the control valve. Well, let’s get back to that in 10 years, first of my biographies should hit market by then.
So, I went and translated my name into another language, and came up with trumps.
First on, is a confirmation of my philosopher status. I mean, dictionary of philosophical terms? I may be wrong, but you don’t go around writing dictionaries unless you know all the terms backwards, right? That’s like reference for references. Go figure…
But the real truth is always at the end of line:
I would like you to pay attention to the words on the left of the (admittedly interesting) picture on the cover, right where it says, “Adler’s Key to the Meaning of Life“. Now, do you know why people searching for “The Definite Answer” or wanting to mull the deep questions of life tend to visit my blog?
Since I don’t want anybody to be kept away from the pleasure of seeing their names on book covers, I throw the tag wide open. Go wild folks…

I don’t want to achieve immortality through my work… I want to achieve it through not dying.

@Madhavi: Good… results are awaited 😀
Gulp. Hold on there. I still have two tags to catch up with.
@Princess: OK, we will wait.
